1. Who We Are

Superforms (“Superforms”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) is an AI-powered online form builder operated at https://www.superforms.in. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information about you when you use our website and services.

2. Information We Collect

2a. Account Information

When you register, we collect your email address and, if you sign in with Google, your Google profile name and avatar. We do not store your Google password.

2b. Form Data

We store the forms you build (questions, settings, design tokens) and the responses submitted to those forms by your end users. You own this data.

2c. Google Integration Data

If you connect Google Sheets, we request the following OAuth scopes:

https://www.googleapis.com/auth/spreadsheets — to write form submission data to a spreadsheet you choose.
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive.file — to access only the specific spreadsheet files created by or opened with Superforms.
openid & email — to identify your Google account so we can associate the correct spreadsheet with your Superforms account.

We store only the OAuth refresh token needed to maintain the connection. We do not read, copy, or analyze the content of any Google Drive files beyond the specific spreadsheet you configure for form responses. We do not share your Google tokens with third parties.

Superforms’ use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

2d. Usage & Analytics Data

We collect anonymized usage data (page views, feature interactions) to improve the product. We do not sell this data.

3. How We Use Your Information

To provide, operate, and improve the Superforms service.
To send form submission data to the Google Sheets spreadsheet you connected.
To send transactional emails (account confirmations, password resets).
To respond to your support requests.
To enforce our Terms of Service and comply with legal obligations.

We do not use your data to train AI models without your explicit consent.

4. Data Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:

Supabase — our database and authentication provider, hosted in the EU.
Google LLC — solely to execute the Sheets integration you authorize.
Vercel — our hosting provider; they process request logs.
Law enforcement — if required by valid legal process.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data and form data for as long as your account is active. You can delete your forms and form responses at any time from the dashboard. To delete your account and all associated data, email team@lucide.in.

Revoking Google access from your Google Account permissions page immediately revokes Superforms’ ability to write to your spreadsheets. We will delete the stored OAuth token within 24 hours of revocation.

6. Security

We use industry-standard measures including TLS encryption in transit, row-level security in our database, and encrypted storage for OAuth tokens. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, contact team@lucide.in.

8. Children’s Privacy

Superforms is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, contact us and we will delete it promptly.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated date at the top of this page and, for material changes, notify you via email or an in-app banner. Continued use of Superforms after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
